Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.
Returns & Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:

In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened or used items may not qualify for return.
Returns must be approved prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Failure to meet return criteria may result in denial of refund.
Recurring Orders (If Selected at Checkout)
Subscription purchases renew automatically at the selected delivery frequency. Your payment method will be charged on the scheduled renewal date unless canceled beforehand.
Subscriptions may be paused or canceled through your customer portal prior to the next billing date.
Once a renewal charge has processed, the order immediately enters fulfillment and cannot be canceled, modified, or intercepted.
Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not qualify for refund eligibility.
We are unable to reverse or stop subscription orders after billing has occurred.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting support may delay or void eligibility for resolution.
